Jill V. Johnson Vigil
Jill V. Johnson Vigil is a native transplant to Las Cruces, New Mexico. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Jill has lived in Southern New Mexico since 1979. She is a proud alumni of Las Cruces High School ('91), New Mexico State University ('95) and Capital Law School of Columbus, Ohio ('98). Jill was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1998 and the New Mexico State Bar in 2000.
Scott A. Ludlow
Scott served as a U.S. Army judge advocate from 2017 to 2022. In his military service, he proudly defended soldiers in criminal trials and administrative proceedings. Scott was selected as the Chief of Military Justice for U.S. Forces in Afghanistan, where he was responsible for overseeing the military justice system for over 32,000 soldiers and civilians accompanying the force.
Isaac D. Vigil
Isaac D. Vigil, a New Mexico native, was born and raised in Deming, New Mexico where he graduated from Deming High School ('92). At the age of 17, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served honorably and proudly. After his enlistment, Isaac relocated to Las Cruces and attended New Mexico State University.
